Nick Popoli

Founder & CEO

Nick Popoli is an entrepreneur and C-level executive with over twenty years of experience in automotive OEM and retail. He began his automotive retail career in the mid-’90s. After college, he worked for Toyota Motor Sales USA and the Acura Division of American Honda Motor Co. Shortly after joining Acura, Nick put his passion and experience to the test and developed a series of national dealer digital marketing training webinars, collaborating in the digital space with highly regarded companies such as Google, Dealer Inspire, and Car-Mercial. During his successful field career, Nick held various marketing and management positions, working directly with dealers to increase their online presence, sales, and profitability.

Having made a profound digital marketing impact at the OEM level, Nick transitioned back to retail and brought his digital acumen to the BDC Director, GSM, and Director of Marketing positions at two luxury import dealers. After many successful campaigns and sales increases, he returned to Chicagoland and founded Digital Rx in 2017. Nick’s “Strategize, Create, and Measure” mindset is a winning combination! Digital Rx works with Automotive, Powersports, and Marine dealerships seeking digital growth, sales, and profitability throughout the United States.

When Nick is not working (which is not often), he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, golfing, playing pickleball, and spending time on the water. Nick is crazy about his Goldendoodles (Trooper and Ranger), German cars, and loves summering on Cape Cod with his family and friends!

VP of Client Services

Meet Kristen Richards, the Vice President of Client Relations at Digital RX. With over 15 years of marketing experience, Kristen is a visionary who thrives on transforming a company’s essence into a tangible and captivating brand presence. Her journey in marketing began at Johnson and Johnson Vision, where she discovered her love for the art of branding, social media, graphic design, and beyond. It’s here that Kristen mastered the craft of narrating a product’s story to its target audience, creating compelling assets that not only attract consumers but ensure their loyalty.

Kristen’s approach to marketing is deeply rooted in her belief that at the heart of every successful campaign is a powerful brand story and a strategic digital footprint. She is dedicated to crafting these narratives for Digital RX’s clients. Her passion for marketing is matched by her creativity, making her a powerhouse in creating impactful brand stories and digital experiences.

Outside the office, Kristen’s life is full of adventure with her family. Married with two boys, she and her family enjoy soaking in the Florida sunshine, spending time at the beach and on the water, and also taking in local car shows, sharing a love of both classic and exotic cars.

Heath Chado

VP of Operations

Heath began his career by spending 10 years with Proctor & Gamble in their Health & Beauty Care division, serving medical professionals and institutions. This led to several executive opportunities in medical supply & equipment distribution across North America where he found great success. During these years, he watched the impact of the internet’s growth on businesses and the birth of digital marketing. Recognizing new technologies as the next great wave of marketing innovation, he jumped in headfirst and made a career transition. Heath became well-versed in lead generation, SEO, VSEO, SEM, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and website development.

Since then, Heath has spent the last 15 years leveraging digital to grow his clients’ businesses across multiple business verticals, focusing on automotive. His work includes launching multiple technology companies working with clients of all sizes, from single-point dealers to large groups AutoNation, Penske, Lithia, and Sonic. His clients also include OEMs, working with Volkswagen, Chrysler, and GMC. Being fast to adopt and institute new technologies combined with a consultative and strategic approach, Heath has brought substantial growth to the companies he’s been fortunate to serve.

In his downtime, Heath’s passions include food, history, cycling, music, and most of all, spending time on the beach in St. Augustine with his friends and family.
